How to order?

- add the items you want to the cart
- press the "checkout" button
- fill out the delivery address form, all lines, make sure that all the data is correct
- in the "order comments" column, leave the desired size (recall, the sizes are Italian, check the size you need with our table of sizes.)
- agree with the "terms and conditions" and further
- choose a payment method by Banking transfer or PayPal
- pay for your order, please consider the possible commissions and some time required to transactions. 
- then the sales department will contact you by email to confirm the order.

Returns & exchanges

ILLIA KARAION offer a FREE standard shipping for all orders worldwide by mail service. We can ofer a Express Delivery by DHL shipping, costs will be added to payment after calculation. We also want to inform you that we do not sell or ship to russia or to its representatives.

 

Please note, as how we have totally handwork production, in times of high order traffic, the times of order processing can be increased.

Anyway we will keep You informed.

 

We gladly accept returns & exchanges

 

Returns service: you have 14 days from delivery.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

Conditions of return

Please notice: in case if you want to change or return your order do not tear off any label or plomb, and item should be in original condition without traces of wear or dirt or damaged.

The company reserves the right to change small parts, fittings and accessories without notice.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.


Cancellation of order 
In case if you want to cancel your order, or change it, and yet pressed a checkout button, but not paid, don't worry, write us on email or soon we will contact you for confirmation.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

- Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

- Custom or personalized orders

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

- Items on sale

 

Dear client, please notice that price indicated without WAT costs, because for any country have own tariff and we can't  calculate it, and so this costs can be applied by customs service of your county . We will made all our possible to give you the best price))
